Air conditioning versus structural design.
We put system into air conditioning! That’s the slogan of the engineers from STULZ. STULZ is the world’s leading systems supplier in the field of air-conditioning technology.
The way that STULZ applies innovations for efficient energy use and air conditioning in data centres and communication facilities can be seen in an exhibition at the new visitor centre at the company’s headquarters in Hamburg. In addition, the building accommodates generous office space that will adapt to the company’s needs as well as a modern educational and training centre for customers and visitors.
We put system into structural design! That’s the slogan of the engineers from BINNEWIES. For the STULZ's visitor centre, we applied the architect’s design ideas in a simple structure: flat ceiling slabs, two stiffening stairwell shafts and a column-free spiral staircase in the spacious entrance hall.
Safety, efficiency and functionality – these are what STULZ aims for when planning its air conditioning systems. And the same applies to BINNEWIES when planning its structural design.
